wheat flour , water, sauerkraut 19%, forest mushrooms 6.5% (boletus edulis, brown bay bolete in variable proportions), pasteurized liquid eggs , whey powder (from milk ), coconut oil, potato starch, spices (contains mustard ), onion, salt, modified starch, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), yeast.

Do not refreeze. Once thawed, store at 40 C for no longer than 48 hours.

Preparation:
In the pan : Defrost the croquettes, then fry them in an oiled pan or a non-stick pan for 3-5 minutes, flipping them halfway through the frying time.
In the microwave: Defrost the croquettes, then heat for 2-3 minutes at 600W.
In the oven: Defrost the croquettes, place on a baking tray and heat at 1800 C for 8-10 minutes.
